The main difference is the way the agreement is managed. Under a set allotment agreement, the customer is provided a set amount of prints each month. Under a cost per page agreement, the customer is only responsible for the prints that was printed.
The number one benefit is that the customer no longer has to worry about expensive cost of parts or supplies and have a piece of mind that all labor is covered no matter how long the repairs may take.
If a business production is seasonal, meaning high some months and low any other months, then cost per click is the best option. If business production is somewhat consistent each month, then a set allotment is recommended.
